Eugene Mark Landry is an accomplished executive. He had an impressive career with Unilever spanning more than 20 years. During his time at Unilever he worked in Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technology and General Management. He gained critical international experience as the lead executive (CEO) responsible for consolidating and unifying 16 European countries into one powerful European Company. After Europe, he successfully led major acquisitions and the overall transformation of North America’s $8 Billion Personal Care Business. Mark engineered a management buyout of brands from Unilever, Colgate Palmolive and Procter and Gamble, and created Phoenix Brands LLC. Since 2015, as CEO of Arrow Digital, Mark built and led a strong leadership team which generated significant growth in sales and EBITDA, culminating in Arrow’s sale to Softvision in July of 2018.

Ms. Asher is the Founding Director of Paragon Fund Services. With dual citizenship in the U.S. and Europe, she has a well-established career in alternative asset management. Her roles have included Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. She has worked for several top-tier financial institutions that have included private equity, hedge funds (including seeding and incubation), fund of funds, broker/dealers, and capital markets. Her depth, breadth and scope of experience has culminated in a birds-eye view which is critical to the
times.
Ms. Asher is a Certified Investment Fund Director and an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional. As a subject matter expert in her field, she also assists National Regulatory Services in preparing and reviewing exam questions for the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional exam.
Ms. Asher’s extensive experience in the industry has allowed her to play a critical role in deal negotiations, compliance and governance, risk management, operational due diligence, and the oversight of third-party service providers. She is knowledgeable in launching funds, both
onshore and offshore, of varying strategies and structures and establishing process driven back and middle-office operations. Her operational gold standard of excellence has enabled her to keep a keen eye on the balance sheet, industry best practices, and regulatory climate without losing sight of a firm’s overall strategic objective.

Earl has 22 years of investment banking, private equity and venture capital experience. At Morgan Stanley, Earl worked on capital transactions that raised over $700M for clients including Continental Airlines, American Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Delta Airlines, United Airlines, Iluminet and CSX. Earl then became COO of JPMorgan Investment Management - Americas. Earl has held various senior roles at private equity and V.C. firms, and was the CEO of a fund recognized as one of the top 100 accelerators in the country by the White House in 2016. Earl co-led the second dual-token offering executed in the US. Since then, Earl has advised on token offerings in the following sectors: digital art, commodities trading, media, real estate and internet security. Earl attended Wesleyan University (BA Economics) and Columbia University (MBA in Finance / Full Fellowship).
